The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores or online can be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

If you purchased your tiles in-store, contact the store as they will have your purchase details handy and can help you. Ensure you have your proof of purchase (eg. your invoice), so we can quickly find your purchase details within our system. where goods were originally supplied in a special manufacturer’s carton, any return shall be made in that original unopened carton, and the goods shall be returned in their original and unmarked condition

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

 * Product must be returned in its original packaging
 * Product wasn’t used or damaged
 * If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to Store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
